I was surrounded by food from my earliest childhood, thanks to my grandparents' restaurant near Lyon.
Through Gustativement vôtre, I am realizing a dream, and an almost inevitable family succession.
After 10 years in the field of mineralogy and gemmology, I became aware of my true love for cooking, creation, service, so I decided to make a career out of it.
